How to transfer an instance to someone else

In order to transfer an instance to someone else, we require the following:

• The individual that will be taking ownership of the instance needs to have an account with us
• You (the instance owner) needs to send in a ticket requesting the instance to be moved to another account, with the e-mail address specified
