Our machines will be capable of running all services 100% of the time. If any issue with our machines causes performance issues or service downtime,
it wil be treated as Network Downtime.
Our machines will be online 100% of the time, as measured from our other locations in Europe and North-America.
Our network will not be responsible for more than 1ms Jitter or 0.5% packet loss.
Any ordered service will be brought online within 1 hour of the order being placed. Should the setup take longer than 1 hour,
the service will be credited an additional amount of time equivalent to the time lost to setup free of charge.
Customers will be notified via the control panel of any maintenance, including the expected duration and times of the maintenance.
Should maintenance extend more than 1 hour beyond the stated times, customers will be compensated appropriately.
